I have had this caftan for several months now. The color is still bright, and the fabric feels the same. It is not very soft, but light, and comfortable. I got it because I am mostly in bed [I'm disabled] and it covers me up. Most dresses that are lightweight are too short, and I don't want to wear pajamas all day. The caftan is high-necked [another plus for an overweight 50+ year old] and I also feel comfortable sleeping in it. I'm happy that caftans seem to be the happy medium between dresses made for wearing to Church and pajamas. They are long enough. I'm having trouble finding really soft ones, but this one is soft enough that I can get wrinkles out from under me. It's not hot. I'm going through menopause, so this is important to me.
