I bought this jacket to avoid the awkwardness of wearing loose-fitting safety vests over bulky parkas in the winter. This jacket is just what I was looking for - warm, versatile, and feminine. The torso, front pockets, collar, and cuffs are lined with microfleece for warmth. There's an inner cell phone pocket and a hidden pocket between the zipper and buttons, great for keys or even a small notepad. And the collar contains a concealed adjustable rain hood, which was a pleasant surprise as it isn't even mentioned on the product tag.

I bought a small and it's still pretty big on me, but at least I can wear layers under the jacket. Other than not offering this jacket in XS, my only concern is the quality of the shell fabric. I was a little worried that the shell would rip while unbuttoning the buttons and opening the Velcro for the first time. But I simply won't do up the buttons anymore, and be careful near the Velcro seams when adjusting the storm cuffs. I'll have to see how the shell performs against the inevitable snags caused by rebar. Despite this, I'm happy with my purchase since I got it online at a deep discount for half of MSRP, and it saved me the trouble of having to sew reflective tape onto an orange trenchcoat (as I considered doing in more desperate times).
