My Major complaint is in the improper location of the Velcro fasteners.

1) The neck "Velcro strap" fastener has been placed at the hood zipper level and at the edge of the zipper.

This should be located lower at only 1/3 of an inch above the neck seam line and moved out to only 1/2 inch from the vertical coat opening. Thus the stiff Velcro Attachment for the other side of the neck should be relocated, closer to the coats opening and be made longer to allow for multiple neck sizes and for additional under garments worn. (A longer and repositioned strap would help.)

==> The original placement makes the upper edge of the collar, almost a cutting edge to the neck(my neck size 15.5"). My suggested alteration allows the collar's edge to flex away from neck when the Velcro strap is in use.

2) The sleeve fasteners have been placed to close together.

The 'stiffer-material' fastener should be located at the most extended location of the inside edge of the sleeve's "fold out". Thus approximately another inch away from the shoulder seams.

The 'softer-material' fastener should then be located deeper inside the sleeve, so that when the two are connected, the wrist sewing line is pulled back to just the inside of the sleeve.

3) Note: After two light soap washings, I am seeing what I believe is excessive fading.
