Most of my scrubs are Med Couture. I ordered the same size top I would normally order in my solids. This top seems to run a little small. Its okay and I can wear it but I like my scrubs to have a little room. I would have gotten a size up had I known this. Also if you choose to get your regular size, just be aware that this top is a very stretchy material compared to the regular med couture solid scrubs and it tends to shrink in the dryer. Im a little disappointed but the top is really pretty.
