I had been searching and searching for a Halloween costume, but nothing I saw was in my size, jumped out at me or was FAR out of my price range if it did. I've been to stores and saw nothing but row after row of trashy women's costumes bearing all that they 'legally' could made of cheaper fabrics.

Finally, I searched the web one more time and a look on Amazon brought me to LOTUSTRADERS... and to this dress. I was elated. The pictures of the dress (and all the clothes in general) were of flowing, soft fabrics and looking like they would work on my body type. Though it was a little more than I was expecting to pay, at the very least I reasoned it would be more a quality garment rather than something I'll just throw in my closet after Halloween. So that night, I ordered the dress.

Though the estimated time of delivery wasn't until AFTER Halloween, after sending off an e-mail (note to reader; if you need something in a shorter span of time, ask them if they can rush it to you. Do it at the time of your order; otherwise, be prepared to wait two weeks instead of one!), I received a response that evening saying they would rush it to me in time for the holiday.

And in time it was! I just received it today.

I couldn't believe what I saw. The color wasn't as deep a green as I was expecting, but the olive green color compliments my pale skin tone and red hair. The fit? Wonderful and flowing, though it doesn't billow out as much as I expected. I can still twirl in it. The fabric is soft and the neckline shows off my skin without compromising anything. The cut is PERFECT for my body type and I feel beautiful, regal and elegant.

I am looking forward to wearing it out on Halloween, a future trip to Salem and any event I can.
