I bought a pair of these pants. Beautiful Rayon, which I love. They look great and I loved them until I sat down.

The upper thigh seam pulled tight against my leg. I wear XL. I have a 27" thigh. I'm not 1X or 2X. There's no way this upper thigh seem will fit a woman larger than me. If your upper thighs are under 25" or so, these are great.

Don't be deceived by the advertised sizing on these. I would size them M/L and that's it. They are very long. I'm 5' 6 3/4" tall and they sweep the floor with flat shoes. I'd have to wear heels for them not to touch the floor.

However, I have to send them back as they don't have a larger size that actually fits XL, 1X and 2X.

I ordered the Gaucho pants in a L, XL, 1X, 2X on September 12, 2011, they were shipped September 23rd. I received them September 30th. they were marked "OS" i.e. One Size. I immediately sent them an e-mail on account of the mislabeling of the garment (incorrect advertising on the garment). I am a L/XL and these One Size pants were not wide enough around the thigh. This information was sent by e-mail Sept. 30. They responded October 12 saying they would issue an immediate refund. As of Oct 30, no refund. I was not asked to ship back the pants but I offered anyway. They were shipped from WA for $6.95 but then (Oct 17) Lotus Traders asked me to ship them back to Indonesia (USPS cost from $14 - $30). I notified them of this issue Oct 17 and asked about shipping back to the US address. I also asked about being refunded the cost of shipping. They have not contacted me again, I still have the pants, there has been no refund.
If you purchase from Lotus Traders, please do it on Amazon.com (who will hold them accountable). The price is double the price on their website but the above information indicates what the company is like to deal with privately.
