As advertised, these socks are indeed waterproof. However, some notable things to anyone considering buying them:

Your feet will most likely sweat because they are much thicker than normal socks, so if you have to wear them for long periods of time, or if you're working in them, I wouldn't recommend it - your feet will end up reeking. I work at a car wash and everyday end up with my shoes soaked, and consequently, normally my socks, but rather than walking around in wet shoes/socks all day, I decide to pick up these.. didn't really work good for doing stuff for 8 hours out in the heat. I imagine for other activities they would probably be fine.

Also, after a few weeks, the inner-most layer of the sock seemed to have unattached from the other 2 layers (I could pull the whole inside of the sock out while the sock still looked like it was right way). Didn't really cause any issues though, just had to adjust them a bit each time I put them on.
