The helmet is in good condition but it shouldn't be considered "new". After removing the helmet cover for inspection someone's name was hand written on the helmet in marker also looks like it sat upside down in some white pebbles.

This is okay because this is used for training only and these helmets can take a beating anyways but just know what you are getting if you will be getting this for any other reason.
