Not to heavy, but more than warm enough, specially when
doing chores, blowing or shoveling snow.
Wore coat for the fist time in 0 temp w -20 windchill.
The lined outer pockets are very nice for those chores
when gloves have to come off, but need a place to warm
up the hands.
Only negative is there was some liner sewn too close
to the zipper in three places which caused the zipper
to 'hang-up' when unzipping.
Nothing that a few whip-stitches by hand didnt cure,
so didn't return the coat. Liked the coat that much!!

There are loose threads and the side pockets catch on furniture and rip easily. As for wearing them on the motorcycle, the light weight lets the wind force the cuffs up my legs, just like slacks. I plan to keep wearing them for now, especially in the summer heat, but I will buy my next pair of canvas pants from Arborwear, in spite of Arborwear's crappy customer service.

The good: Seems well built, good pockets, zipper, and lining should keep me plenty warm on my morning walks after my afternoon nap in the cold winter months.

The bad: Glad I didn't buy it for looks.
Main problem - and this is with Amazon - I clicked the XL-Tall size on the chart (it wasn't greyed out). I didn't look at the order before clicking "buy" since I assumed it would be what I asked for. I did look after I completed the purchase - and discovered XL-Regular was being shipped. I tried to cancel right away but was too late. I will keep though the sleeves are barely long enough and the jacket is a little shorter than I prefer. This is 0 for 2 on clothing purchases here - I recently bought a pair of pants 34 length. Label says 34 - but they are easily an inch longer than my other 34 size pants. Leaves me questioning about buying clothes online.
