From a distance, this looks just like the military issue "Bag, Flyer's Helmet"...the ones so good at holding other things that they seldom get used for holding actual flyers' helmets...But those familiar with the real deal will immediately recognize where this falls short:
(1) Zipper quality: the zipper pull on this bag is significantly thinner and smaller
(2) Handles: the handles contain less padding than an issue bag, and are flat, not rounded
(3) Padding: the internal quilting is obviously thinner.
