At first I was worried about the size because I wasn't sure it was going to fit, but it fits perfectly. The skirt isn't one you slip on, there's a clasp that you use to wrap it around you, then you use the clasp to hook it together. It's beautiful and very full. It has stretch material at the top so it can expand to allow for more sizes to wear it. It's about 24 inches around at the top, but I'm much "fuller" than that and it fits me just fine. Also the length is just under 3 feet. Mind you I don't have a tape measuring tool, so these are pretty rough estimates, I'd say only a few inches off at most, but I'd like to put that disclaimer in there anyway. I love it, I'm kind of short so I'll be wearing it pretty high on me because this is just so gorgeous, but it looks like it'd be easier to figure out how to make it easier for shorter people if you have the sewing skills, or know people with sewing skills. Also I was worried it might be a little see-through but it isn't. It's gorgeous.
